III comprises professional beds for domestic care, the Völker 2080 S or
3080 S, with matching bedside cabinets and servers.Against the background of health insurance restrictions, the sanitary specialized trade prefers to offer only a few functional healthcare beds. Völker has decided to offer its standard model in rounded profile design via this distribution channel in order to provide people in need of care, often largely confined to bed, with and aid for self-help at home and to facilitate the self-sacrificing work of caring family members. The objective is that health insurance companies will soon provide professional aids like the Völker healthcare bed to people in need of care also without having to make additional payments. The target group includes sanitary specialized traders (approx. 2,000 in Germany), but also ambulant nursing services (around 8,000 in Germany) who provide for people in need of care at home (roughly 600,000 in Germany).
